1 Peter: Hope-Filled Life

1 Peter 4:12-19

No one likes to talk about suffering, tests, trials, and persecution. But the reality is they are apart of our life no matter what. Especially as a follower of Jesus, those things are promised. Not only because we have a sinful nature, but when we are associated with the name of Jesus, suffering is bound to happen. So we must prepare our hearts and minds for action. We must pick up our cross daily, follow, and trust in God and His Word. When we stand on the truth of God's Word, we will be hated. However, we stand on the promise of victory in the mighty name of Jesus, Amen!
