The Gospel of Mark

Mark 12:1-12

Jesus tells a parable about some evil tenants overseeing a vineyard. After mocking or killing all of the owners servants, they finally kill the owner’s beloved son. This parable was not veiled from the Pharisees. They perceived what Jesus had said. They would ultimately reject God’s Son by crucifying Him on the cross. The message is clear for us today: accepting Christ is our only hope of salvation.
