“The doubt within” (Matthew 11:1-19)

There are many circumstances in our lives that will cause us to doubt. When life seems to be throwing us curve ball after curve ball, where do we look for hope? On more than a few occasions in scripture, God gives us wonderful examples of men and women who doubted the strength, provision, and promises of God. People like, Abraham, his wife Sarah, Gideon, the disciples of John the Baptist, and yes, even the infamous 'doubting' Thomas. We may ask ourselves where this doubt comes from, and to whom are we placing our hope when the rough circumstances begin to swirl? Jesus is our answer!
