Easter 2020: The Coming King

Matthew 16:13-23

Multiple times during His ministry, Jesus spoke of His death and resurrection. He also pointed out how all of Scripture points to Himself. So to fully understand why He had to suffer and die, we need to know why He came. In part 1 of our Easter series, we look at how the Old Testament speaks to Jesus as our King of Kings and why He temporarily vacated His heavenly throne for our salvation.
