The Gospel of Mark

Mark 10:1-16

The Pharisees try to test Jesus once again, this time regarding divorce. Jesus brings them right back to the Word of God to answer their question. But instead of discussing divorce, He brings focus to the original intent of marriage, an institution created by God. If we truly seek to understand the deeper meaning of biblical marriage, and sought to exemplify that in our relationships, we would have fewer discussions today regarding divorce. Jesus didn't make it an option. Neither should we.
