Joshua: Refuge & Rest

Joshua 18-21

The remaining portion of the promised land is distributed to the remaining tribes of Israel. Yet they were hesitant to occupy. Change can be a terrible thing to dictate our circumstances. Sometimes we allow it to override our faith in God. God also determines certain cities to be designated as cities of refuge. They are spread throughout the land as a place of safety, provision, justice, and salvation. Much like our relationship with Jesus. We need to run to Him in our time of trouble. He is our source of life and peace.
