Prison to Peace (Acts 16:16-40)

The Lord took Paul and his missionary team hundreds of miles, only to have them persecuted, beaten, and imprisoned?? Why would a good God do such a thing?! That's the question so many ask.

As we study through this story, may we have an open heart and mind to see who our God really is. May we desire a deeper dive into knowing Him and His will for our life, and that of others. Because ultimately, our view of God will unequivocally determine our outlook on life. If your view of God is shallow and self-centered, so will your view of others and the world around you. We were created by a good and loving God. Let that be our focus.
